Purchaser agrees to the following:

1. Under no circumstances will this cat or its prodigy be leased, given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

2. This kitten has been sold as a potential breeding queen.

3. No cash refunds will be given for any reason.

4. If for any reason you do not wish/cant continue with your breeding programme, your female kitten/cat MUST be offered back to us first and if we are unable to help, MUST be spayed before re-homing. She is not to be sold on for breeding. If this condition is ignored there is a £2500 penalty to be paid.

I am happy to help with re-homing your spayed female by advertising on my website if your any reason you need to re-home her.

5. If for any reason she should prove to be infertile (unable to conceive) after 2 years Glitterglam will replace her with a kitten or cat of comparable quality as soon as one is available at pet price.
The choice of kitten,or adult breeding queen offered is at the breeders discretion.

This offer only applies where the owner of the queen uses either her own, or our studs, and the queen has had the opportunity to get in kitten on several occasions.

This is also providing the queen has not been left to call beyond 3 seasons, and has not had hormone treatment to suppress the calls.

6. We will only replace a queen who is unable to conceive after 2 years, not for birthing problems, pyometra or caesarian.

7. It is strongly recommended you insure your kitten to cover any unforeseen medical problem. Glitterglam will not be responsible for your vets bill should you not insure your kitten.

We recommend that you continue your 4 weeks free Pet Plan insurance cover with them at least for the first year, to ensure continuity of cover.

8. Glitterglam is not responsible for cosmetic changes to appearance that appear as the kitten matures.

9. If the kitten/cat should die due to congenital defect (may not be apparent in early life) within the first 24 months it will be replaced with a kitten of comparable quality and value when available.

A post mortem is required to verify the cause of death.

10. Always remember, breeding cats/animals should not be taken on lightly. Keep in close contact with us for advice or help along the way.
We will be pleased to help you. We also recommend that you purchase a book on cat breeding and also on the Bengal Cat. We do sometimes have some in stock available to purchase.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

Should your kitten be found to be in unsound health on examination by a licensed vetinarian within 72 hours of leaving the breeders premises, the kitten may be returned and the buyer may request another kitten of equal quality.
For the protection of the Sellers resident cat population, a portion of the purchase price will be retained for Felv/Fiv, Fip testing if the kitten is returned.
If there is a minor problem that you choose to have treated at your vet, then that will be at your expense
If the kitten/cat should die due to congenital defect (may not be apparent in early life) within the first twenty four months it will be replaced with a kitten of comparable quality and value when available

Our kittens come having both sets of vaccinations done, (excluding leukaemia) and have been thoroughly health checked at least twice.

Purchaser agrees to provide their Bengal with a good quality life and lots of love.

This contract applies to all kittens/cats sold from 18/2/08.
